Apollo 247 - Wrong items delivered

I ordered Nanpro excellapro Stage * which costs *** Rs and got Nanpro. I cannot use the delivered item for my baby. The bill itself says the right product but wrong one is delivered. On raising this via ticketing system on the app, they confirmed that it is a wrong delivery and return pickup will be done and refund will happen. But nothing has happened, it has been * days now. Their claimed **x* service has no response no matter what time of the day I called.
