Ali filed complaint against Swiggy on Mar 2, 2020
I ordered * filet-o-fish Mc Donald's burgers (Order# ***********) from Swiggy and paid *** Rs. but i received aloo tikki burger (worth ** rs each). On contacting delivery agent, he asked to complain on Swiggy app. On complaining on app, I was assured that I would get a replacement within ** hours. On contacting again, I was re-assured and asked if i would like a replacement but unfortunately due to network error, the chat closed and on reconnecting another agent joined the chat who refused to honor the commitments made earlier. I kept requesting and told him that I was assured replacement earlier but was simply refused and offered a coupon of far lesser value instead.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
