Jiomart - Not providing refund

Sir i ordered boat neckband on jiomart on ** aug ****. It was delivered on ** aug. But the product was damaged so i raise the return request but don't know why they rejected my request and after talking to his team they told me to wait but now it's ** days of delivery but on one has contacted me to provide resolution..
I am getting so exhausted through their way of handling.. I want my refund...
