Zolo Stays - Not providing promised services and resolution

I moved to Zolo Drone, one of their property to stay and after two days the electricity board cut their electricity connection as they were using Domestic Licence instead of commercial so now there is no electricity in the building, they are running it on a generator where the electronic equipment is not working and they don't know when this issue will be resolved. I paid here and I am stuck I can't go anywhere else. Now after * days they are asking me to move to the new property i.e. far from my office now who will pay the travel expense for cab daily to office. I want a refund of my rent, booking amount and security deposit back. I want to leave this place, my money is stuck with them they are not providing any service and their customer support not helping me.
