Zolo Stays - Excessive Pest Bad Quality Of Rooms

I booked a room with Zolo Stays Bengaluru (Zolo Enzyme) property to be exact. Since there were no rooms available, I was to check in at night ** PM, they provided me with a room which was not maintained. The room had pest(a lot of cockroaches), water issues, not clean. I asked the Property Manager to change the room but he said no other room is available and asked housekeeping to resolve the pest issues. It has been * days since the issue and no resolution has been made. Today, a cockroach was on bed while I was sleeping which has crossed every limit. I want refund of my rent paid.
