i have been staying in zolo stays for more than one month and i paid full amount on time without any delay,
they mentioned that hot water is available at the property and its not available since past * weeks and nobosy is responding
i am not able to take bath with cold water with which i am mentally frustrated and things when i ask for refund they are ignoring my complaints and no one is responding
one day drinking water is not available at the property and no alternative has been arranged for that and it continued for three days i bought my water from outside even after paying money
i am mentally harassed by these people
i called them, multiple times and informed about the issue
