Hi..... I am kiran . I have an issue regarding subscription of GATE Biotechnology. Before taking my subscription I consult to consumer executive of Unacademy and that time and she conveyed me information their is a biotechnology GATE course on Unacademy plus.
On *rd sep l had taken subscription for gate biotechnology but as i haven't see any of the biotechnology technical course topics on my unacademy plus account which conclude that there is no class for biotechnology on Unacademy Plus actually consultant conveyed me wrong information about my course and I have all recording. After that contact to unacademy plus about my subscription they did not give me proper explanation about my course.
About * month pass till date their is no any resolution about my problem.
And I am not belong to a roch family Rs***** is matter for me..
Now, what should i do? I think they are cheated me..
Please help me for my problem...
