Unacademy Plus - Not changing the duration of my subscription

I had bought unacademy subscription for IIT-JEE for ** month on ** June, but I didn't want to take drop. Thus, I called them at night only within ** hrs to cancel my subscription. They said to me about their no refund policy. So, I requested them to change the duration of the course to * month and stop the EMI of * month and take the amount of the rest * month and it is possible, but from then, they are just befooling me and saying that they will call within **-** hrs. I am continuously requesting them on chat option and to their counsellors, but they are just wasting my time and had not taken any action till now * July.
Please, make reach my message to them that either then change the duration of my course to * month or just Cancel the subscription.
