Unacademy Plus - Lousy service and didn t deliver what they have promised during the sales call

Okay so i have purchased unacademy iconic subscription for UPSC CSE prep for * years at cost of *****.on ** june ****.
Its been * months and i am still waiting for the things to get what they have promised let me mention everything one by one.
*) during the sales call which i have asked for to know about the perks in subscription they said that you will get daily practice test of what teacher will teach you in class..its been * months i have got no dpp.They mentioned that you will get to learn about answer writing and the basics of it from day one i still not have it.

*) they said the App is user friendly but its really cluttered all i do is to surf the app daily to get my things in place as it is really confusing to search for tests and to find suitable test its a headache and for that i have to book a session with the mentor which is not available daily.

*) the sales executive promised that the classes will be interactive and teachers teaches well but i was shocked when i found out the teacher dont teach in smart board like interactive live class but they sit with a mic and write using a tablet and some teachers even just read the already made ppt slides.

*) they said the teachers will provide class notes some teachers do and some don't there is a teacher of polity who completed his course still haven't provide any class notes.

*) I asked the mentor that why not the teachers provide dpp to solve after every class she replied some teacher do and some dont its upto them.Really???

*) They promised that my prep will undergo in a structured manner but the whole app and the planner is cluttered we have to choose which teacher suits you some teacher have their classes arranged at * am and some at *pm in till **pm.

*) the clases are not interlinked and everyone is doing what suits best to them, Which creates a conflict to choose sometime which class to join as some teachers arrange classes at similar time.

*)The most horrible experience i got is they promised to give weekly doubt session but its also upto the teacher who wants to do it and who dont want to There is an economics teacher who asked to submit doubts in google form and he will answer them every week not in live class then what is the meaning of live class if i can't ask what i have to because the teacher dont even look at the chats.
there are lots of other problems i am facing but i cant write all the things due to time limit i have but please do something to get back my father's hard earned money its a huge amount and its feel like i have wasted it.Not against the teachers but the other services they have told me they provide but they dont and these things are important for upsc prep journey.I dont have time to sort things in the cluttered app for my own **k is a huge amount for me please help
