Royaloak Furniture Bangalore - Not processing refund for damaged and poor quality product

We purchase coffee table from Royaloak Furniture Koramangala on **th Oct, ****
Product delivered was defective, with multiple dents, scratches, broken channel, etc. Upon raising the complaint, they promised to deliver replacement within * days. But they delivered replacement after ** days from the complaint date, again they delivered a defective product.

We are asking them for refund and they are harassing us saying that we don’t refund money and asking us to talk with different office, department of theirs. Store is blaming all the things on the cooprorate office and we have no where to go now.

We are looking for a full refund of Rs *****/-
