On July **th ****, I have placed order in Royaloak website for an office chair and office table. I was promised that delivery would happen within *-* business days. However till
now neither delivery happened nor the status update given. And their customer support is completely useless which they never respond to your call or emails. Royaloak is a big mess in online purchases which I would never recommend to anyone.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
