I visited RoyalOak showroom at Bommanahalli branch and booked sofa and paid ***** rupees through my debit card. As per the discussion with store manager, they were supposed to deliver between * to * days from their warehouse. But they delivered the display piece on day * and as the product was display piece so it was used and broken piece. After seeing product I returned the product from my house main gate/road itself. And I demanded for refund as I don't trust this brand anymore. Now I am not getting any response from the store manager and also from their customer care team.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
