I placed an order worth Rs ***** in the website of Royal Oak India on March **th, ****. The promised delivery date was April **th. it didn't get delivered by **th. When I contacted customer care, they asked for an extension till April **th. However, even after April **th, order is not even shipped. Now, they are telling they cannot issue refund due to company policy and is asking to by any other item for this amount. When I didn't agree, they are asking for another extension of * to ** days. I am totally fed up and want my money back to original payment source along with bank interest
