- Not picking up Inner wear which was different than the Product Catalogue Closed

I placed order of two inner wear of the brand Wunderlove from TATA CLiQ on *nd Jan'** and the order was received on *th Jan'**. I saw the products after about ** days and found that both the inner garments were not as per the colour showed in the website of TATA CLiQ. So, I initiated return of both the inner garments on **th Jan'** and the pick up executive came first on **th Jan'** to pick up both the inner wears. He took one of the garments and did not take return of the other one stating that the colour of the inner garment does not match the product colour. Which was the reason for the return request. Again a return request was initiated on **th Jan'** and another pick up executive came up on **th Jan'** but he also declined to pickup the inner garment citing that the colour of the product is not as per the product in the Product Catalogue. We tried to reason with him that because it is not matching the colour of the Product Catalogue hence the return request but everything fell on deaf ears. I called up the customer care today to discuss the issue but they today came up with another excuse that the return window closed on **th Jan'** and so they cannot help in return of the inner garment. This is beyond any sane reasoning as the product was being returned due to mismatch with Product Catalogue and was not picked up citing the same reason. Request help in resolving the issue. The problem here is more of principle rather than the money. This is totally against the basic fiber of TATA Business Model and TATA Code of Conduct.
