Redbus - Not picked up by bus operator even though I was waiting on time in pick up point

I have booked a seat in Redbus in Parveen travels on ** September ****. The seat got confirmed, the amount deducted *** rupees. I called crew number at *.** pm from my pickup point. My boarding time was * pm. Crew guy told wait their pickup cab come. Again called *.** then only guy told pickup van will come. I called *.** am then he was not responding kept my call and disconnected. Again I called he told bus left he cannot do anything, ticket refund also will not happen. I suffered for the no fault of mine. When I contacted redbus they told no cancellation or refund. I have lost my money, time and energy. This is a pathetic experience for me.
