I Have Made A Travel Booking On *Nd March **** For My Trip To Mauritius On **Rd April ****, My Booking Id Is *******. For This I Have Paid Rs.**,***.** Amount To Travel Triangle Agent. But Due To Covid-** Global Outbreak, I Had Told Travel Triangle Team To Go Ahead With The Cancellation And Refund My Amount After Deducting Flight Cancellation Charges Only.
They Had Told Me On ** March, ** April, ** April, ** April, * June **** By Email Id "Deepanshu.Juneja@Traveltriangle.Com" That Refund Is Initiated The Refund And Still After **+ Days Money Is Not Refunded Yet. Now Direct Them To Refund My Money With ** Days Interest. Agent Registered On Travel Triangle Is Aaojao<Arham Atharva Hospitalities Pvt Ltd, +**-**********>. In This Situation They Are Torturing Me Mentally By Not Paying My Money, That Is Very Critical To Me in this Corona time.
Travel Triangle employees are making false commitment and not refunding money.
