It was worst experience of booking tour package with travel triangle.
I posted requirement of tour package to Gangtok, Darjeeling with different sight seeing places. I received quotations from * different travel agents and I was getting frequent calls from them for finalising tour package. Mr. Avishkar from 'Unexplored Trip' was behind me calling atleast atleast atleast atleast * to * times a day. And after all discussions and negotiations, I finalised our trip with travel agent i.e 'Unexplored Trip' and made an advance payment of Rs.***** on **.**.**** plus Rs.**** paid to travel Triangle as convenience fee on **.**.**** . Once payment was made Mr. Avishkar was not reachable and used to tell silly reasons as 'no network, busy in meeting'.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
