Traveltriangle - Cheated by Travel triangle and Tour Factory

Had booked a package from Traveltriangle based on the quoted amount.TT assigned me an agent whose company is tourfactory.After my first installment to TT there was no further communication done my them i tried reaching my level base to do so. The agent assigned to me was connected all the time and requested me the amount on behalf of TT. As he was a part of TT i agreed to do so post confirming the same form TT customercare and app that whatever amount i have been paying to the agent is it showing as paid in the app and which was also confirmed by customer care executive. after full payment of the quoted amount and as it shows in the app.I went to trip.The hotel vouchers shared on the app were fake which i realized once i reached the destination.After trying to connect to the agent he made changes of the resort at the last moment but whatever inclusion were specified in the quote was not fullfilled had a lot of mental and emotional stress in the entire trip
