Traveltriangle - Refund not given

I have made a travel booking on *nd March **** for my trip to Mauritius on **rd April ****, My booking id is *******. For this I have paid Rs.**,***.** amount to Travel Triangle agent. But due to COVID-** global outbreak, I had told Travel Triangle team to go ahead with the cancellation and refund my amount after deducting flight cancellation charges only. I am expecting refund around Rs.**,***. They had told me on ** March, ** April, ** April, ** April, * June **** by email id "deepanshu.juneja@traveltriangle.com" that refund is initiated the refund and still after **+ days money is not refunded yet. Now direct them to refund my money with ** days interest. Agent registered on travel triangle is AAOJAO<Arham Atharva Hospitalities Pvt Ltd, +**-**********>, they both are responsible for this. In this situation they are torturing me mentally by not paying my money, that is very critical to me.
