I am deeply disappointed by the complete lack of customer service and support I have experienced throughout this ordeal. It is distressing to witness how a company that prides itself on its warranty policy and customer satisfaction can treat a loyal customer in such a manner.
To reiterate, I purchased a Thomson TV **-inch on **th July ****, and it encountered severe technical issues on **th June ****. Your technician collected the TV motherboard for repairs, promising to resolve the issue and return it to me. However, since that date, there has been no progress, no communication, and no resolution.
I made a genuine effort to cooperate and patiently waited for updates, hoping for a satisfactory resolution. Yet, your company has repeatedly failed to live up to its end of the bargain, leaving me without a functioning TV for an extended period.
I firmly believe that I am entitled to a full refund as per the terms and conditions of the extended warranty policy. As you are well aware, this policy promises a refund in the event that the TV cannot be repaired, regardless of its condition. Given the considerable time that has passed without any meaningful response, it is evident that my TV cannot be repaired.
Therefore, this will be my final request for a prompt and complete refund of the amount paid for the Thomson TV, including any additional fees associated with the extended warranty. I expect this refund to be processed within * business days from the date of this email.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
