Amazon - not giving refundamazon send me wrong item and telling i sent the wrong item

I am prime member ,I ordered from amazon.in tplink wifi card ID :***-*******-******* but I recieved one Ethernet adapter I informed to Amazon and they asked images everything they have checked and said need to investigate it will take * days. After * days I contacted they initiate the return. An agent came to pickup and verified I gave the item box but he said we don't want box, item alone is enough and they took it .after that I waited for almost * days no update and I contacted **feb they are saying u have sent wrong item we cannot provide refund , I have an image what I recieved I have sent I have proof.its almost **** rupees kindly return my money.I spent lacs of rupees in Amazon I trust the Amazon but they did this to me ..hereafter I need to think a lot on shop at Amazon
