J M Padia filed complaint against Jiomart on Dec 5, 2020
On ** Nov. **** I put prepaid order for * items. On ** Nov.. delivered one and replied that amount Rs.*** of undelivered item will be refunded. Till ** Dec. Refund not given everytime on complaint giving ticket number and automated reply comes. After giving ticket no., they without entertaining it, closes it by showing completed after ** hours. Not giving any contact number to talk. Customer care number gives only automated reply.
