I ordered * Hi-design handbags from Myntra and returned one within *-* days which the delivery guy carried happily after checking. Company says it has not passed quality check and now won’t refund. Reached out multiple times saying that delivery guy verified and carried it happily. They say maybe someone damaged it on the way to their warehouse but it’s my responsibility for it to reach their warehouse in right condition. So now they won’t return my money.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
