I had ordered a pepsi drink and McD burger from swiggy, and when I received my order my whole drink was spilled in the package and my burger also got soggy with it, the drink pack was empty because of the whole spillage. My whole order got wasted and then on reporting this in swiggy app customer support they said to provide a refund of only Rs.**/- whereas my whole order which got wasted was of Rs.***, They were not even willing to give complete refund of my whole wasted order.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
