Bharat Bhatia filed complaint against Ola on May 20, 2023
Have booked a ride to Gurugram from Rohtak on January **th **** , Ride amount showed up to ****+ while the usual ride amount for one side is **** - **** . I had to pay the driver that amount at that time as I was visiting to my Sister's in Laws and didn't wanted to create any issue there. Since then approaching Ola for refund of the ride and they agreed to refund of *** (not even full as you can see ride charged atleast *** extra ) but we agreed upon this after many discussions and they initiated refund of *** on **th March ****. But I haven't received this amount from Ola back. I reached out to them telling them that I haven't received the refund amount they initiated , even shared my bank statements with them multiple times and they replied back with "Issue is passed the ** days of ride so they can not look into it". Now who will give me my money back. I reached out to their support multiple times and even on twitter but they are not even responding now.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
