Hi, i have taken a ride on **th april and i asked the cab driver is your cab running fine, he said yes.
So, i asked him to come, and we were going for a wedding and after not even *km i noticed the cab is broken
and shocker was making lot of noise and it was risky to travel in that cab, so i asked him to stop and end the trip.
and he asked me to pay the full amount and said that you did not take the full ride so you can ask for refund from ola.
But pay me ****rs right now, otherwise will deduct from me.
And i paid him through UPI and booked another cab then and there because i was with my wife and did not wanted to take any risk of cab broken in midway.
And i complained to Ola and raised ticket twice (you can check the support logs), but ola did not refunded me the money and i called up customer care also, a lady answered and she put me on hold after listening to me and cut the call. I was really pissed and not satisfied with the service of ola and their refund policy and lier driver who do not maintain their cabs well. Because of that customer has to face bad experience. Kindly refund my money.

On *st December, Order Cancelled by OLA Foods from Kolkata Kati rolls but money not refunded till now the app is showing its refunded but i didn't get money back.
