I have started a company for computer and project management training. For advertising my PMP courses, I paid Rs. **,*** to justdial on **th April ****. While taking the order they demonstrated that last month calls for "PMP courses" in my area were around ** nos and they asked me to pay Rs. ***** so that I will definitely get all the calls surrounding ** Kms in my area for * year. Within a week's time, I found that what they were doing was wrong and so I raised a cancellation request on **th April ****. Every time when I send an email, they reply that justdial representative will call me. But, no one calls. I sent so many emails to cancel my order and refund the money but they are not even saying that they will refund my money or not. Please take action against them or let me know how to proceed further to get a refund from them.
