Sovon Bhattacharjee filed complaint against Make my trip on Aug 3, 2020
I have booked flight from MakeMyTrip and there I found an option to add cab to Airport with flat ***/- for ** km. I opted for that and paid *****/- to MMT. Including ****/- for flight and ***/- for cab.After payment done I get a mail that my booking got cancelled and the refund initiated by Airlines. I get Airline side refund of ***/- but not the cab amount from MMT. In the app I check where it's written cab details will be updated within ** mins. I thought to wat and once it update I will try to cancel. But it's not updated and showing same status so I complained Customer care never thought MMT has such worst service. I mailed to Deep Kalra also but not getting any solution. My booking id is NF************** and they are saying no cab booked with this. I shared my Account statement, Transaction Id and Screenshot of app where it's written "You Have booked cab also with this Air Ticket" but till now I didn't get money back from MMT after ** days of booking.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
