On **th Dev.**** I had recharged my Tatasky subscriber I.D. no.********** amounting to Rs.***/- and the system showed software is downloading with *% progress. In this regard i had contacted the customer service of tatasky the same day and they assured me to send their technician on **/**/****. On **/**/**** tatasky's technician came, inspected the setup box and assured me that they will change the setupbox after */* days but since, then they are not sending their technicians nor they have changed my setup box . Still they are deducting subscription amount everyday from my subscription i.d.
