Airtel - Not doing postpaid to prepaid transfer

My company was providing me Airtel postpaid connection for many years but now the company had stopped paying our bills so they told us to convert postpaid connection to prepaid in my name. I visited Airtel Gallery and did the necessary procedure. The Gallery person told me that our company executive will contact me within * days and then you have to do the recharge of Airtel at our Gallery. But it has been more than ** days but nobody called me from Airtel. I am now going daily to airtel gallery for my prepaid connection but in vain.
