I have ordered some grocery items first time from Jio mart on **th July ****. The order was prepaid. The delivery date was **st July ****. On **th July **** the bill was generated for ***.** against actual order amount ***.** because the weight of apple was reduced to *.*** KG against actual order of *KG. That was not a problem for me. The remaining amount **.** was supposed to be refunded in few days. And on *th August this amount **.** was refunded. The order was showing shipped **th July ****. It means they have packed the raw material like apples (reduced weight), lemon, etc. Earlier the delivery date was **st July **** but I didn't receive the order. The delivery date was extended to *st August, again I did not receive the order. After that I asked Customer Care several times no one was receiving calls, after many attempts and waiting more than ** minutes one lady received my call and told me that my order will not be delivered and the full amount ***.** will be refunded. But I have not received any refund. After that I send mail to JioMart cs@jiomart.com and explained everything they said I should wait ** hours and they will deliver the order, after * days nothing happened I again send mail to Jiomart ( becuase now they are not receiving calls even we wait ** minutes and call gets disconnected from there side ) they replied same thing I should wait * days. In web portal they are just increasing delivery date next date. First it was showing **st July, then *st August, then *nd August, then *rd August and now *th August....now it is showing *th August. Today I send *rd mail and my God they just sent same mail. Same copy paste reply to wait ** hours, not a word was different. Therefore I request you to kindly look into the matter. Because their response is totally very bad. I tried through call, twitter and mail-id but they are not responding well. Items are available in web portal and it is allowing me to order again, so it means they are genuinely not delivering and taking our many and not refunding. Please help.
