- Not delivering food by delivery person Closed
I placed an order through Zomato and also my order is prepared by the restaurant. In my Zomato account, it shows that the delivery person will pick up the order and delivered to you. After *.** hours I called the restaurant and he says the order is ready but the delivery person says that he not received any information regarding this order. I also called delivery person but he says the same thing that not received any order request from my account. How this has happened? Customer care not receiving my calls.
I paid ₹*** through card already. Please help to give my compensation.
