- Not cancelling order which is not yet shipped Open
I requested for the order placed on **th July'** at **pm to be cancelled, however your customer care executive Sana said it can't be done. I checked the status and it shows the same status since **th July'** (order confirmed) I was very honest that I had ordered for a sofa through another online website. I had ordered for * single seater sofa and * two seater sofa. The single seater was delivered and the * seater was cancelled by the other company. This is the reason I ordered for another sofa through your website, however I just received a call from blue dart stating the sofa which I had ordered from the other company is out for delivery and will be delivered today. If you had already shipped the sofa I can understand that it cannot be cancelled, however the status for the last * days has been the same (order confirmed) it is not yet shipped. Request you to look into this and help.
