I JK Singh Mob-********** purchased a assembled DZAB Computer on **-**-**** by Flipkart, but it is delivered me as scraped on **-**-****, I have claim return this item on **-**-**** through flipkart portal, but they are only given various escalated/Complain id and nothing action taken by Flipkart/Seller/Ekart & also till **-**-**** and I have lost my money in this fraudulent case. In this connection I also wrote a mail to MD of Flipkart even no action has taken from Flipkart side.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
