I, Arpit Jain, resident of Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh, purchased a travel package from Sparkling Vacations Private Limited, located at I/***-A*, Ward No-*, Bicholim Sattari, Goa - ******, on **/**/****, for an amount of ₹**,***.

Before the transaction, the company had agreed to specific terms and conditions for this booking, including a full refund if the plan was canceled within ** days. These terms were communicated and confirmed via email. I canceled the plan on **/**/****, well within the promised **-day window, and submitted the cancellation request through the company's official email.

Despite repeated follow-ups via calls and emails, the company has failed to process my refund or provide any response, causing significant financial and emotional distress.
