I placed an online order with order no. #*****************A on *th Aug,** of grocery items from JioMart. The order was pre-paid. The order was supposed to be delivered on **th Aug, but they keep on delaying it day by day and finally on **th Aug, marked it as delivered without delivery of shipment. I raised a complaint but there has been no action from Jio Mart customer support team for the last ** days. They keep on saying that they are working on it but no refund has been issues.
