Reliance ResQ - Non working of sony 50 UHD smart LED TV

I have lodged complain for non working of sony LED TV(screen display issue) on **/**/**** no action take. On **/**/** once again lodged the complaint. Again no action. After lapse of ** days neither representative has consulted me nor my issue has been resolved.
