I have bought * year Extended warranty from Reliance Resq for JBL *.* soundbar purchased on November **-****. Service center person Bhaskar and Wayne + contact details below raised complain with JBL. JBL service center fixed the problem. Bhaskar and Wayne asked me to pay as they confirmed me to refund from Reliance. Upon following with this ticket for * months they are saying product is not under warranty and refusing to refund. Can I get compensation on this.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
