Reliance ResQ - Service not provided by Reliance ResQ for Water Purifier

I had purchased Water purifier from Reliance digital on **th Mar **** with * year warranty against any replace of parts or other problems
I had a filter problem last November & when I asked for replacement I was told that product is in warranty & I should consult Product company
Product company in turn mentioned that consumables are not under any warranty so I should pay for replacement(I was forced to pay as water purifier is designed to stop the flow of water if filter is not replaced)
this problem again happened around April when I logged a complaint with Reliance ResQ & asked then to provide replacement since now the product came under AMC period
since then they made me to open several service requests(**********, **********, ********) & kept telling me the part is not available or it'll come later & then will be replaced but since last * months they have only made false promises
I was forced to buy water as I have old parent not keeping well
this also gave me lots of mental trauma as I was repeatedly exposed to corona scare while going out to fetch water cans
I also escalated matter repeatedly to Higher ups in reliance resQ who also did not help resolving the matter
request your intervention here as I feel cheated of my hard earned money
