I have raised a Service Call # ********** aginast Water Purifier purchased in July, **** on **th March.
Below *ne year the 'servuce' indicator indicated & hence logged above Service Ticket. Service Technican visited and told that power board need replacement and hence he will initaite indent and will be fixed in two days time
I am making multiple calls to RESQ team and seems RESQ and Reliance is not committing when they can replace the parts.
Very frustrating experience working with RESQ
