- Non replacement of defective Solar inverter by NOVA ^Open

WE have purchased new *.*KW/**v Solar inverter & * KW/**v Solar inverter which have repeatedly failed within warranty period and requested to replace it by new .No replacement yet received. He is not replying mails, Whats app/SMS.

Please note that we have purchased Solar inverters from Mr.Sandip kumar ,Rishik Technology ,Hyderabad *.* KVA /**v & * KVA/** V which are getting repeatedly failed due to faulty material components within warranty period and we have repeatedly apprised him about this failures through E mails/Whats app/SMS.But he did not responded.We have already sent these inverters for repairs for at least two to three times within one year for repairs/replacement. But no new inverters received.Hence we seek compensation of Rs.*****/- ( Rs.Fifty Thousand only)towards defective two inverters urgently from Rishik Technology, Hyderabad Telangana since we are frustated due to repeated failures within warranty period of one year.
