I booked a room at Oyo***** Hotel Bella Vista, New Delhi. The booking was done by Agoda.com for **th April ****. I arrived at the hotel. But they did not allot the room. My booking id is *********. I requested to refund the amount Rs. **** paid by online. The company not refunded till this time.
