Dear Sir/Madam,
As I have Booked Flight ticket from Mangalore to Pune through travel app Goibibo. The agency has confirmed ticket via Bangalore as Mangalore to Bangalore through Indigo Airline and Bangalore to Pune through Go Air Airline. Now Go air flight cancelled and agreed to refund and no other flights are available to Pune from bangalore,if I go Bangalore . I have raised the issue to GOIBIBO, to cancel by Bangalore flight also so that I can get refund. But agency is denying and saying you go Bangalore and arrange other mode of travel to reach Pune. This is really rude and baseless behaviour and I am as a helpless customer, cannot do any thing. Customer care agent spoken designed to cancel Bangalore ticket and refund also.
Kindly arrange to get refund as I cannot go only upto Bangalore. I will make arrangements from Mangalore to Pune myself.
