- Non delivery on promises made by mmt Open
I had booked a hotel in gurgaon for *nd April . However due to the political protests against SC st act order of supreme Court , buses and railway services remained suspended . Hence I couldn't go to gurgaon on * nd April .
There is an option in mmt app with the heading 'unable to travel' due to natural calamity , curfew or political agitation . I inform the mmt of not being able to travel to my booking at **:** am . The check in was at **: ** pm .
After that I have had numerous nails from mmt staff promising resolution of my issue . They even said they will rebook the hotel for further dates in the mails as well as when I talked to their customer care executives . Many of them promised to revert back to me in ** mins , * hours to ** hours . But no one followed up . I was the one calling them Everytime to ask what r they up to and got vague promises in return as always .
All I find is time delaying tactics by mmt to frustrate the consumer till he decides to say heck with it and not pursue the matter . This is very unprofessional behaviour .
Finally after * days of false promises when I again called them they said sorry we can't refund or adjust ur booking .
They could have said so on the very first day . It would have saved me the torture, I could have made diff plans instead of waiting on their false promises .
Even now they are making promises of finding some solution . The mnt executive had promisee to call me back in half an hour at **:** am . It's *:** pm and I've had no word from them . Highly unprofessional and disgusting service experience . At least tell the customer the truth rather than making false promises .
