PATHETIC COURIER COMPANY... Friends DO NOT DO SHIPMENT WITH SUCH UNETHICAL COMPANY....THERE ARE LOT OF OTHER GOOD COMPANIES OUT THERE...
I am Writing This To Let You Know That "FedEx" Is Not Supporting Well In Shipment Services. Few Days Back A "Misrepresentation" From FedEx Guy for pickup and Now My Second Shipment Which I Had Booked On **-**-**** through third party "Vamaship" which Was Picked Up By "FedEx" At *:** PM From My Place Sector-**, Gurugram Is "STILL NOT DELIVERED" To Consignee and for the Same I am Waiting From **-**-**** TILL NOW i.e. **-**-**** which even after booking for RTO on **-**-****. I am Still not conveyed by FedEx that your shipment is going to come by so and so date. NO PHONE, NO TEXT, NOTHING....
After waiting from since **-**-****. I have seen tracking and get to know that "FedEx" is not able to deliver that shipment to the consignee and making false statement that nobody is there to pickup the shipment.
Now, FEDEX Can you please tell me that how can you deliver the same shipment to same consignee with same shipment box a day before to the same PINCODE...i.e. on **-**-****. Now, for my second shipment you are making false statements...?????

Now After Making Several Calls To FedEx Customer care I am not satisfied with the way they communicate with the customers infact they are starting talking to me in a rude manner and started arguing with me by asking irrelevant questions. Now They Are Not Even Attending My Calls and even they straight on disconnect my call (Done By Mr. Jay on **-**-**** at **:** PM IST.
Mrs. Mridulla And Mr. Jay Both Are Pathetic People From FEDEX They Disconnected The Call. NOW I am waiting For RTO which was again I am waiting for last *-* days...NO COMMUNICATIONS ARE THERE FROM FEDEX AND I AM UNAWARE OF MY SHIPMENT THAT WHERE IT IS...
TEAM FEDEX PLEASE NOTE IF NO RESOLUTION WAS MADE TILL THIS WEEK I'LL DEFINITELY MOVE TO CONSUMER COURT...PLEASE NOTE MY WORDS.
