I order * product from Amazon.in of value Rs.*****.** on **.**.****. On **.**.**** I received email and notification from amazon that four (*) products to be delivered today . All the products were in a big packet,after delivering the packet when I opened the packet, there were only three (*) Products in the packet, the Sony Wireless Bluetooth Headphone was not in the packet but it showed that it was delivered. From **.**.****, I called customer service so many times every time they told me to wait ** hrs or ** hrs or * days so on, for a call back from the relevant team.Then I contact through twitter and then after *-* days they mailed me that "Our teams have shared an update stating that the right product was shipped/packed and delivered to you in 'Intact' Condition without any deviations.
Based on the investigation results provided by our team we won't be able to proceed with taking any further actions like 'Refund/Replacement' on this order."
Till date their team never called me regarding my Missing Product.Another email received from Amazon Account Specialist said that "We recently reviewed your account for order activity details. Your order history shows that you have received a high number of refunds for items that were missing from your orders.We know that occasional problems with orders are expected in the normal course of business. In these instances, a refund or replacement may be issued."I replied to him that Till date "I have not received any mail or sms or any information regarding refund for my missing product. Please send me any copy against this refund.Till now I have not received any refund amount." But he does not replied the mail.
Now I want my product and also want justice for this type of harassment from the last ** days.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
