I have ordered food today (**-Apr-****) at *.** pm. Order No-***********, but order yet not received till *:** pm. After calling multiple times customer care team not even given proper information. Swiggy assigned almost * delivery boys to but no one responding for my order. Even I communicated to customer care through chat. Executive telling they will deliver within ** min in every transaction. Customer care said they will take action. But no action is taken and I still hungry. After *:** hours no food delivered. Customer care people telling me if I cancel my order they will compensate with Rs. **. Is my hungry worth is ** rupees? I have told I need food, since no response from the customer care team. I have requested for cancel at **:** pm, due to that I am facing acidity problem due to no food on time. Need justice, swiggy has to respond with proper solution.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
