Iam purchased from komaki owned website and paid *****...after realized online purchase problems and watched experienced customers reviews...so my mind changed and need cancel and refund for my paid order...before purchase iam asked komaki sales team to cancellable? And full refundable??...sales team said cancellable any time before delivery...my bike till not dispatched and requested cancel and refund ..but komaki company not responding...no mails reply...call center are helpless on this issue...no customer support available for my order cancel and refund...
