Very poorly managed service provider. I am facing lots of problems since the last few months now. Hathway people will never reach you, they will not do anything about your complaint , they will just send you a message or a email so that you can take some layman’s corrective measures like turn off the modem, turn off the firewall etc..
I hope that a company like Hathway just shuts its business. Also I would like to specially mention that no one and exactly no one answered his phone when called. I tried calling this Rahul Bharadwaj who is supposedly the head of team of noida broadband but guess what the person never answered the phone.
