The oneassist company is a fraud, when they want to sell their insurance plan they are willing to call u ***** times. but when it is time to provide the service claim they don't bother to talk. I am fed up with following up with them and finally i have requested to get my unrepaired device back, now these idiots are not even returning the unrepaired device. .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
